Dear facilitators, participants, subscribers and friends of GHV,

Values are the foundation of all our cultures, structures and families on this earth. Every parent wants to pass on values such as honesty, responsibility, empathy, generosity, respect, etc. to their children. Regardless of status, age or gender. Human values are universal. Yet we have very little experience, or even knowledge, of how these values work. We try to pass them on intuitively, but many false beliefs and dysfunctions are also passed on. And the results are not good. We live in a world where we are sorely lacking in landmarks and values.

And yet they are in demand everywhere, even in companies. For example, two years ago, the most sought-after value was honesty; today, it’s empathy.

The consulting firm Edelman has established a system for measuring the value of trust, the Trust Level. This annual barometer of trust reveals the forces shaping our world. For example, in countries or companies with a high level of trust, progress is obvious, so it’s more attractive to invest.

But at root, how can we change and improve these values? How can they be better lived and passed on?
There is a solution. These values operate according to a code. With awareness and a simple methodology, we can change and develop the understanding of these values in our lives.
Since discovering these value Roundtables, training and practicing them for five years now, I can tell you that not only has my life been transformed, but the lives of so many people around me have been transformed too. Many of you have made this experience, and your testimonials are truly amazing. Please share them with us!

Today, we work with small groups, families, schools, companies and national and international organizations. The results are astonishing and measurable.
