WELCOME TO THE “BEYOND SUCCESS” ROUNDTABLE 

At its core, the programme is an outreach from believers to those within their circles of influence, often within the business community. The idea is to train local influencers to conduct Beyond Success tables with other leaders and acquaintances.

Beyond Success tables offer a highly accessible pathway to personal improvement. The effectiveness of this strategy has been observed throughout the world. People’s lives are improving as they apply the personal growth and leadership development principles and many thousands have come to Christ.

This program is based on seven values that will be facilitated during 7 one-hour sessions over 7 weeks in a small group of 10 to 15 people (In-person or online)

5 step methodology:
With a short video John Maxwell  introduces every topic. Then we dive into the value reading and enter a process of personal awareness and actionsteps.
